Tonight will most certainly be interesting. We will see the plan for this first strike be realized. We’re hoping it will wake the people of the city, but they’re so deeply wired in... It may still work, but the question is, will it spread? If the infopolice is dispatched and people start resisting... There hasn’t been a riot for as long as anyone can remember and only we are old enough to have been there. But we have to hope it’s still possible to stir the pot. It’s what’s kept us alive all these years: the dream of freedom.

If there is some kind of rise it will be struck down before it can have any real effect in itself. But they won’t be able to stop the jamming signal, so they will have to evacuate the whole section. It will become a dead zone. and then we’ll...

Spread the word that there’s a haven for people who don’t want to live under the wire. With the mere existence of an alternative and a physical area, we’ll have something to work with. A freezone to work as an example of what things could be like. But we also have to look on a bigger scale, in the future, when the entire city is liberated. When indoctrination is gone, after the chaos, we have to provide with a new conduit for ideas.

One that everyone can be part of and contribute to on equal terms. No voice can be louder than another. It’s all about power. That’s why, when everything starts, we must reduce our exposure. We will still play our role, but we must not be seen as leaders. It is tricky business, this revolution stuff. We must make sure that the old ideology does not prevail, and that no one seizes power over others for themselves. Everything must be thoroughly torn down for the new to flourish.

We can’t believe that we hold the final answer either. It has to be an ongoing evolution. Even after the revolution, things cannot stay the way they are. To believe we’d ever reach a final destination would be madness. The main condition is equal opportunities, before the actualisation of the idea of real freedom can be possible. Most of the current structures have to be torn down. This whole monetary religion, it’s hierarchical order and all that comes with it, is designed to preserve inequality as structure.

A discussion will only be possible when everyone is on the same level. When every hierarchical system is torn down, knowledge will be the basis for power, so we must make sure it’s distributed properly. We’ve been working on a basic package which will be distributed via the subnet to everyone. This will be possible thanks to the spyware we have spread out through the city. They will provide us with the conduits we need. Of course, the material will be reviewed by the groups currently operating in the city.

There will be a period of utter chaos as it all comes crashing down. We will need to be the voice of order then, in opposition to the voice of authority, and show everyone the way out at the other side. Show them that the chaos where the strong rule isn’t the only way without leaders. Show that the anarchist alternative is real and possible. Different groups will try to grab power. They will want to take over the revolution and steer it in certain directions, but we must not let that happen. Power has to remain free from any control, and this must be our only objective.

Even a provisional government will transform into one that will only work to preserve itself. The old structures will be replaced by new hierarchies and nothing will be gained. Any new ruling class, no matter what it looks like will smother all possibilities and create another oppressive power system. Not even we ourselves can take this role. What we have to do is trust the people to act on our basic infopack and draw the same conclusions that we have. Society is an instrument for the preservation of power structures. What we have to do is create such structures based on equality.
